| turkeywine006.jpg I've seen Koi ponds before but these seemed exceptionally beautiful and lively. Very entertaining. We came here for the wine tasting . . . but sure took our time getting at it. Pat was inside talking to the lady [he was designated driver]. |
turkeywine007.jpg Lil met some [former] Florida people with her Tee Shirt and I got looks with my older Turkey Rama Tee. We met people from Philly now relocated here too and selling food at Turkeyramma. |
turkeywine008.jpg Wine tasting was fun and maybe only 2nd time Lil had ever experienced it. The lady was very friendly and nice to us. |
turkeywine009.jpg We moved to a better vantage point for pictures and they just followed us. Came running like a bunch of little kiddies! |
turkeywine010.jpg Don't they look like starving babies at 2 a.m. feeding time [smile]. Lots and lots of Koi. |

| turkeywine011.jpg It took Lil, Shelly and me a while to get into the wine tasting area because we were so captivated by the Koi fish and their antics !! We laughed and laughed. |
turkeywine012.jpg Aren't the grape vines pretty on the hills. I love it. We drove over to a B&B up on a higher hill and the view was outstanding! |
turkeywine013.jpg Vinyard and wineary is half way between my house and Pat's mothers in the Willamette Valley. See just over Lil's head? That is highway to the "coast" or "beach" and Pacific Ocean. Wine barrels are behind Lil and vinyards with gapes getting ready for Octob |
turkeywine014.jpg Sure was pretty surroundings. Shelly and me July 2005 |

| turkeywine016.jpg Shelly was in to whites and Lil and I were doing reds. |
turkeywine017.jpg Their wines had won many awards over the years and I liked a lot of them. |
turkeywine018.jpg Wasn't that nice of Pat to be the designated driver for us "sippers" ?? [smile] |
turkeywine019.jpg They gave us some free fish food and told us the Koi had no teeth and we could "pet" them or let them eat the food off our hands. I declined but the others got to it !! |

|
| turkeywine021.jpg They just sucked up the food like "slurp, slurp" with those sounds. Funny as heck. |
turkeywine023.jpg Lil's hand and the real fish food. |
turkeywine024.jpg Lil let them take it right off her palm!! |
turkeywine025.jpg Their food is all gone but the fish are still "hoping" . . . |
turkeywine026.jpg We bought a couple bottles of wine and said our goodbyes to the fish after the food was gone. |
